Purpose and objectives of the discipline
1. purpose: training of specialists to participate in the creation of devices and systems for modern laboratory diagnostics.
2. objectives: to reveal the content of the basic concepts, object, methods and principles which are basis of diagnostic laboratory instruments; to study the theoretical foundations of construction, purpose and operational characteristics of equipment for laboratory diagnostics. 
Course description
Lectures Topic 1. General concepts of laboratory technology. Introduction. Basic concepts of laboratory medicine and historical stages of its development. Terminology of clinical laboratory analytics. Units concept about in clinical laboratory diagnostics.
Topic 2. Equipping elementary laboratory procedures. Laboratory dishes. Weights and weighing
Topic 3. Measurement of solutions. Batchers
Topic 4. Extraction and filtering. Centrifugation.
Topic 5. . Separation methods. Electrophoresis. Chromatography
