Course goals and learning objectives
The discipline "Technique for the processing of typical parts and assembling machines" provides a complex of knowledge necessary to provide the shaping of surfaces of typical parts with the corresponding technical requirements, and also provides the acquisition of the necessary practical skills and abilities necessary for the development of effective technological processes of mechanical processing of typical parts and manufacturing processes of assembly with the necessary precision of machines. Design of typical and group technological processes.
Body parts manufacturing technology.
Shafts manufacturing technology.
Technological processes of processing parts of the class "non-round rods".
Technological processes of gear wheels treatment.
The technology of typical connections assembling.
Practical classes Development of stepped shafts processing technological processes.
Development of body parts processing technological processes.
Development of hollow bar processing technological processes.
Development of technological processes of flanges and disks processing.
Development of technological processes of lever and fork processing.
