Course goals and learning objectives
The purpose of studying the discipline: students gain knowledge in the field of modern biomechanics and study the concepts and methods of biomechanics of the human body Objectives of the discipline: students learn basic theoretical knowledge and practical skills to solve specific problems of biomechanics, developing the ability to use the basic laws of mechanics to explain processes in biological systems and build models of biological environments, mastering modern software packages for numerical calculations of biomechanics. |

Lectures | Topic 1. Subject, research methods, history of biomechanics Topic 2. Mechanical properties of biological tissues and devices of the musculoskeletal system of man Topic 3. Biomechanical system, biomechanical pairs and biokinematic circuits Topic 4. Degrees of freedom in biokinematic chains Topic 5. Biomechanical characteristics of human movements. Kinematic and dynamic features of human movements Topic 6. Determination of inertial characteristics Topic 7. Power characteristics of human movements Power characteristics of human movements Topic 8. Energy characteristics of human movement Topic 9. Lever system of the human musculoskeletal system Topic 10.
