5. Програма навчальної дисципліни

Опис навчальної дисципліни, її мета, предмет вивчання та результати навчання

Purpose of the “Anti-crisis Management” is a study of reasons of origin of crisis and ways of it overcoming; а study of different principles, methods and crisis strategies is for the improvement of activity of enterprises.
Tasks:
- acquisition and assimilation of knowledge on the main aspects of management theory in crisis situations;
- familiarization with the basic principles and methods of solving crisis situations;
- identifying the causes of the crisis state of domestic enterprises and the forms of its manifestation;
- analysis of the methodological foundations of the enterprise's anti-crisis management strategy formation;
- development of a system of diagnosis and prevention of bankruptcy, as well as strategies for exiting crisis situations at enterprises;
- justification of the system of development and selection of variants of the anti-crisis strategy of the enterprise.
A student has to demonstrate such learning outcomes on the discipline:
PLO1. Be critical in treating, choosing and using the required scientific, methodical and analytical tools to manage under unpredictable conditions.
PLO6. Have skills in making, substantiating, providing the implementation of managerial decisions under unpredictable conditions taking into account current law requirements, ethics norms and social responsibility.
The teaching of this discipline aims at formation and development of the following students’ competences:
- Integral competence. Ability in solving complex tasks and problems characterized by complex and uncertain conditions and requirements in the field of management or in the study process involving some research and/or innovations carrying out.

6. Політика та контроль навчальної дисципліни (освітнього компонента)

Політика навчальної дисципліни

Control policy. The following assessment tools and methods of demonstrating learning outcomes are used: current questionnaires; tests; individual assignments and presentations; assessment of individual papers’ results; talks and discussions on problematic issues; personal consultations; credit tests. Rector’s control is also possible.
Consulting policy. Semester consultations are conducted according to the schedule approved by the Management and Administration Department at the beginning of the semester.
Retaking exam policy. A student has the right to retake a module in order to increase his/her rating. It usually takes place within a week after the scheduled module control taking. A credit retaking must be agreed with the study schedule.
Academic honesty policy. Cheating during tests and exams is strictly forbidden (including mobile devices use). Mobile devices are allowed to be used only in online testing – under distance study conditions.
Attendance policy. The classes attendance is an obligatory component of the educational process. Taking into account some important circumstances (i.e., serious illness, special needs, business trips, family problems, participation in academic mobility programs, etc.), a student can be trained according to an individual timetable approved by the lecturer and the Dean’s office.

Види контролю та рейтингова система оцінювання результатів навчання

Evaluation of knowledge from the course "Anti-Crisis Management" is carried out according to the rating system. The total rating for the discipline is 100 points. The total number of points between types of control is distributed as follows:
- 1st module (chapter 1) – 40 points (up to 20 points the student's current work on mastering the learning module is evaluated, up to 20 points are evaluated the results of the test on mastering the module);
- 2nd module (chapter 2) – 35 points (up to 20 points the student's current work on mastering the educational module is evaluated, up to 15 points the test results for mastering the module are evaluated);
- the student's scientific and creative work (NRS) is evaluated by the teacher in an additional rating evaluation (up to 8 points)
- constant attendance at lectures and practical classes (up to 8 points)
Determination of the number of points for the current work, for the final work on the module, for the student's scientific and creative work.
1. Number of points - 90-100%.
Knowledge: the student demonstrates mastery of the entire material:
a) understanding of knowledge, reveals in the material, highlights the main provisions, reveals cause-and-effect, functional and other connections;
b) is fluent in the conceptual apparatus;
c) actively uses sources of knowledge recommended for study (primary sources, articles, manuals, etc.);
d) demonstrating knowledge of factual material, reveals his own attitude to the studied material;
e) is able to give a motivated assessment of a phenomenon, fact, theory, etc.;
e) demonstrates the culture of presentation of knowledge: logical sequence of presentation, clear formulation of thoughts, language and speech are literate.
Skills and abilities: fluent in the skills and abilities of practical application of knowledge; performs practical tasks confidently and accurately, without making mistakes.
2. Number of points - 82-89%.
Knowledge: the student knows all the material:
a) does not make serious mistakes when answering, easily corrects individual inaccuracies from the teacher's additional question;
b) answers the teacher's questions without much difficulty;
c) uses knowledge gleaned from additional recommended sources in answers;
d) the quality of knowledge and the form of its presentation indicates a sufficient level of assimilation, which guarantees the ability to use it practically.
Skills, abilities: possesses the skills and abilities of practical application of theoretical knowledge (according to the requirements of the program); performs practical tasks with minor errors that are easily corrected.
3. The number of points - 75-81% indicate a high level of mastery of the main concepts of the educational course, deep assimilation of facts, examples and generalizations arising from them. As a rule, such a number of points indicates a high level of development of cognitive abilities and thinking in particular.
4. Number of points - 67-74%.
Knowledge: the main material of the program has been mastered:
a) the student knows the main concepts of the educational course and their definitions;
b) knowledge is at the level of ideas that are combined with elements of scientific concepts;
c) independent reproduction of knowledge is difficult, requires additional and clarifying questions from the teacher;
d) gives preference to issues of a reproductive nature;
e) feels difficulties when answering modified questions;
e) shows a predominant ability for reproductive activity;
g) the culture of knowledge presentation is low.
Skills, abilities: has the skills and abilities to solve the most typical practical tasks, while mistakes are possible.
5. Number of points - 60-66%.
Knowledge: most of the material of the program has not been mastered:
a) the student has certain ideas about the educational material;
b) makes gross mistakes in answers.
Skills, abilities: does not have skills and abilities, makes gross mistakes in answers.
6. Number of points - 35-59%.
Knowledge: the material of the program has not been mastered:
a) the student does not know the educational material.
Skills, abilities: none.
7. Number of points - 1-34%.
Knowledge: complete ignorance of the educational material.
Skills, abilities: none.

Modular control: conducted twice per semester.
Semester control: exam.
