Course goals and learning objectives
Student has to demonstrate such learning outcomes on the discipline:
- to know different types of market structures and their influence on enterprise activity;
- to understand production program of the enterprise;
- to analyze how supply and demand affect production;
- to know organizational-legal forms of enterprises economic activities and their classification by the types of ownership;
- to asses value of enterprise assets;
- to calculate the economic order quantity;
- to determine costs in production process of the enterprise;
- to analyze the results of financial and economic activity of the enterprise;
- to know methods of effectiveness assessment of investments at the enterprise;
- to define necessity in innovations in production application.

The teaching of this discipline aims at formation and development of the following students’ competences:
- eligibility to process business plan;
- knowledge of managing people in the workplace;
- knowledge of the organization and production management;
- the ability to optimize the design and production conditions with regard to the size and scope of the business entity.
